CONNECTO SUPPORT

Product Guidance

Find simple support for using, caring for, and understanding your CONNECTO product.
Whether you have a question about setup, everyday use, care, or performance, this page helps you find the right starting point.

Cooling & Air Quality

Support for fans, air circulators, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and portable air conditioners.

Place the fan on a stable surface with enough open space around it. Make sure the front and back vents are not blocked. For oscillating fans, allow enough room for the fan to move freely.
Dust buildup, blocked vents, or incorrect placement can reduce airflow. Turn the product off, unplug it, and clean the exterior vents, blades, or guards according to the product instructions.
Always turn off and unplug the fan before cleaning. Use a soft dry cloth to wipe the exterior. If your model has accessible vents, guards, or blades, gently remove dust. Do not immerse the product in water.
Always follow the instructions included with your product. For safety, place the fan on a stable surface and keep it away from water, curtains, loose fabrics, or anything that could block airflow.
Make sure the oscillation setting is turned on and that nothing is blocking the fan's movement. If the product still does not oscillate, turn it off, unplug it, and contact support.
The battery may need to be charged. Connect the fan to the recommended power source and allow it to charge fully before use. If it still does not turn on, check the charging cable and outlet.

Floor Care

Support for vacuum cleaners, steam mops, and floor cleaning tools.

Empty the dust container after each use or when it reaches the maximum fill line. A full container reduces suction power and cleaning performance.
Check for blockages in the hose, brush head, or air pathways. Empty the dust container and clean or replace filters as needed. Refer to your product manual for detailed maintenance steps.
Remove the filter according to your product instructions. Rinse washable filters under cold water and allow them to air dry completely before reinstalling. Replace non-washable filters as recommended.
Steam mops are generally safe for sealed hard floors like tile, laminate, and sealed hardwood. Avoid using on unsealed wood, waxed floors, or delicate surfaces. Always check your product manual and floor manufacturer guidelines.

Heating

Support for space heaters, electric heaters, and warming products.

Place the heater on a flat, stable surface away from high-traffic areas. Keep it at least 3 feet away from curtains, furniture, bedding, and other flammable materials. Never place it in bathrooms or near water.
Most heaters have built-in safety features like tip-over protection and overheat protection. If the heater tips over or gets too hot, it will automatically shut off. Ensure proper placement and ventilation.
For safety, we recommend turning off and unplugging heaters when not in use or when you are sleeping. If your heater has a timer or thermostat feature, follow the product instructions carefully.

Personal Care

Support for hair dryers, styling tools, and personal grooming products.

Unplug the hair dryer and allow it to cool completely. Remove the rear filter or grille and gently clean away dust and hair buildup. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Never immerse in water.
Use lower heat settings for fine or damaged hair, and higher settings for thick or coarse hair. Always start with a lower setting and increase as needed to minimize heat damage.

Garment Care

Support for irons, garment steamers, and fabric care tools.

Use distilled or demineralized water to prevent mineral buildup and extend the life of your product. Tap water can cause scale deposits that reduce performance over time.
Follow the descaling instructions in your product manual. Many models have a self-clean function. For manual descaling, use a descaling solution or a mixture of equal parts water and white vinegar.
